Heute erinnere ich an die Komponistin Ethel Smyth.

Und an die Britin Katrina Matthews, die den Ironman-Rekord der Männer 2022 um 8 Minuten brach.

Hiddensee ist wunderschön.

Es wird wieder früher dunkel. Trotz der tropisch warmen Nächte spüre ich den Herbst. Übrigens, wer ASMR ausprobieren möchte, ich mag gern Chels ASMR mit Hair Placing.
