Deutsche Politikerin. Schade, dass sie schon tot ist. Sie machte auf die ungleiche Bezahlung aufmerksam. Dabei sieht und wei\u00df es jeder.<\/p>\n

Heute viel ge\u00fcbt.<\/p>\n

Dass Frauen noch immer nicht die gleiche Bezahlung f\u00fcr die gleiche Arbeit bekommen, geht, wie ich gelesen habe, auf den frauenfeindlichen Kern der deutschen Gesetze und des deutschen Staatsapparates bis 1977 zur\u00fcck, in denen Frauen nicht ansatzweise die Rechte wie M\u00e4nner hatten. Die Staatsanwaltschaft ist ein System. Ein von M\u00e4nnern eingerichtetes System. In dem jetzt Frauen mitspielen d\u00fcrfen. Wenn sie im System bleiben. Dieses System ist f\u00fcr normale B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger meist nicht durchschaubar, unverst\u00e4ndlich. Das wissen die auch. Man muss Jura studiert haben, um dieses System zu durchschauen. Schade, dass ich nicht auch Jura studiert habe. Wie fr\u00fcher die Musiker mussten. Es ist n\u00e4mlich sonst ganz leicht, wenn die das m\u00f6chten, Laien einen Formfehler unterzujubeln. Wie oft haben Parteien ohne Anwalt gegen Parteien mit Anwalt gewonnen, frage ich mich? Weiss das jemand? Es ist ein System mit Normen und Gesetzen, teilweise auch ungeschriebenen. Und es ist zudem auch oft ungerecht und willk\u00fcrlich. Das System ist nicht demokratisch, erzwingt einen Anwaltszwang, dadurch sicher viele F\u00e4lle gar nicht erst zu Geh\u00f6r gebracht werden k\u00f6nnen. Besonders nicht F\u00e4lle von Frauen. Ist es nicht etwas bedenklich, dass ein solches System “Recht” spricht? Es ist oft das Recht der St\u00e4rkeren, der Reicheren, der Gewiefteren, des Gerisseneren, und meist das Recht der M\u00e4nner. Das Recht der Frau ist definitiv untergeordnet. Man muss sich ja nur die Strafen f\u00fcr Vergewaltigung ansehen. Wenn es \u00fcberhaupt zu einer Verhandlung kommt. Es gibt sicher eine hohe Dunkelziffer an Vergewaltigungen. Ich w\u00fcnschte mir, wir h\u00e4tten ein christliches, frauenliebendes und gerechtes, edles Rechtswesen als Gentleman, das nach der Wahrheit sucht. So ist es gar nicht.<\/p>\n

Heute erinnere ich auch an Bogolo Kenewendo, botsuanische Politikerin.<\/p>\n

Ich muss sagen, dass \u00dcben UND Dissertation schon eine \u00dcberforderung sind. Ich wei\u00df ehrlich nicht, wie ich beides unter einen Hut bekommen und dennoch leben soll. Wie soll ich 6 Stunden das und 6 Stunden das andere per Tag machen? Das sind 12 Stunden. Und wenn es nur 10 sind. Oder nur 8. Jeden Tag. Bitte betet f\u00fcr mich. Allein so ein Reger ist nicht mal eben so ge\u00fcbt.<\/p>\n
