Fortsetzung Tholey im Saarland:\u00a0Die \u00e4lteste Abtei Deutschland. Und ein aktives und gl\u00e4ubiges Kloster.<\/p>\n

Die Mayer-Orgel hat zwar eine mechanische Spieltraktur, aber eine elektrische Registertraktur – was ich daran merke, dass ich das Gef\u00fchl habe, alles geht sanft und butterweich. Ich habe Bach gespielt und Improvisationen, um alle Farben auszuprobieren, und bei Piece d’Orgue<\/em> das Tutti verwendet (mit Zimbelstern) – unglaublich abgerundet auch im Tutti. F\u00fcr meine Kompositionen habe ich einen passenden Namen gefunden.<\/p>\n

Die Glask\u00fcnstlerin hei\u00dft Mahbuba Maqsoodi – was f\u00fcr ein k\u00fcnstlerischer Name!<\/p>\n

Auch der moderne Beichtstuhl – ein Beichtzimmer – mit seinem eindrucksvollen, gro\u00dfen Kruzifix, und die Krippe hinten – sparkling!<\/p>\n

Wenn man wieder hinaus geht – drau\u00dfen ist es dunkel und innen bleibt das Licht an, dann leuchten all die Fenster von au\u00dfen noch sch\u00f6ner als von innen. Es wirkt so, als w\u00e4re die Klosterkirche aus Papier, und man hat leuchtende Farben hineingeklebt. Wie eine Laterne scheint sie; die Richter- und Maqsoodi-Fenster leuchten warm und einladend in die leicht schneeige Nacht hinaus.<\/p>\n

Bei Gerhard Richter war ich schon zuhause, es ist l\u00e4nger her.<\/p>\n

Auf dem Weg nach Tholey\/Theley sind wir \u00fcber St. Wendel gefahren. Dort haben wir die evangelische und katholische Kirche besucht. Sowohl die sch\u00f6ne, zweimanualige Vier-Orgel (siehe T\u00fcbingen), die ich eine Stunde spielte, als auch die wunderbare Wendelinus-Basilika-Orgel (Klais-Pfeifen, historischer Prospekt der Vorg\u00e4ngerorgel Stumm) haben mir sehr gefallen. Die Basilika St. Wendel ist wundersch\u00f6n, farbvoll, rot, reich verzierte Decke, \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigender Prospekt. Ach, zu gern h\u00e4tte ich die originale Stumm-Orgel dort kennengelernt. Aber leider ist nur der Prospekt \u00fcbrig geblieben.<\/p>\n

St. Wendel ist ein malerischer Ort, sehr geschmackvoll weihnachtlich geschm\u00fcckt mit einem der sch\u00f6nsten Weihnachtsb\u00e4ume, den ich je gesehen habe.<\/p>\n

Vor genau einem Jahr habe ich im Saarland konzertiert, nun bin ich genau ein Jahr sp\u00e4ter wieder hier und entdecke noch mehr Sch\u00f6nes in der anderen Himmelsrichtung.<\/p>\n
