Ich verstehe schon, wenn manche meinen, Liszt an der Orgel sei etwas oberfl\u00e4chliche, gar d\u00fcstere Musik. Aber mir gef\u00e4llt es schon, es hat doch etwas Wundersch\u00f6nes, und ich muss sagen, das Orchestrale und die Melodief\u00fchrungen ist genial: Ich \u00fcbe nun Ad nos<\/em> von Liszt, mein bisher l\u00e4ngstes Orgelwerk von knapp 30 Minuten. Es ist auch historisch gesehen das erste gro\u00dfe symphonische,<\/em>\u00a0experimentelles Orgelwerk. Da ist dem Franz Gro\u00dfes gelungen. Er hat eine neue besondere Gattung mit angesto\u00dfen und initiiert, und das in vielen Fassungen. Das Werk wird sehr unterschiedlich interpretiert, auch improvisiert. Ich vergleiche dabei oft meine neue UE-Ausgabe mit der alten Straube-Ausgabe. Schon B-A-C-H von Liszt habe ich sehr gemocht, auch wenn dieses viel kompakter ist, nicht so “redselig”.<\/p>\n

Auch dass Liszt tutti tenuti<\/em>\u00a0“erfunden” hat, finde ich sehr sch\u00f6n. Die romantische Orgelmusik mit Reubke \u00a0und Reger, vor allem in ihrem historischen Kontext und in ihrer Zeit gesehen, hat schon etwas Faszinierendes. Und Liszt liegt mir besonders gut. Die Agogik und Dynamik und Virtuosit\u00e4t. Jedoch vom stundenlangen \u00dcben tun mir manchmal wieder die H\u00e4nde weh.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Bei Bach liebe ich die Hexachorde, diese alten, heiligen Linien aus dem 17. Jhd., die er noch verwendet, vor allem in Piece, die drei Hexachorde Durum, Mollum und Naturale. Bevor er Piece schrieb, soll seine erste Frau gestorben sein. In diesem Werk ist Heiligkeit, aber auch ein Liebeslied zu h\u00f6ren, Zartheit, Ewigkeit, Schmerz und Glocken, als w\u00e4re bei Bach Tod und Beerdigung und Ewigkeit und Freude auf den Himmel, Aufstieg, Abstieg, Aufstieg \u00a0miteinander verwoben, als w\u00fcrde er vertikal und horizontal den Rahmen sprengen, so auch in der Passacaglia.<\/p>\n
