April 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote>\n<p>So weit deine Selbstbeherrschung geht, so weit geht deine Freiheit. (M.v. Ebner-Eschenbach)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Das ist richtig. F\u00fcr mich ist es schwer, nicht w\u00fctend zu werden, wenn ich erfahre, dass Kantoren mich bewusst nicht an die Orgel lassen. Mit widerspr\u00fcchlichen und haarstr\u00e4ubende Ausfl\u00fcchten verweigern solche M\u00e4nner die Orgel, die ihnen nicht geh\u00f6rt. Ausl\u00e4ndische Organisten lassen sie an die Orgel, da sie Trading-Tausch-Konzerte durchf\u00fchren, was ihnen von Vorteil ist. Haben diese M\u00e4nner keinen pers\u00f6nlichen Nutzen davon, weil ich das Stipendium f\u00fcr Orgel-Videos habe, nicht sie, nutzen sie ihre Macht, um Nein zu sagen. Ich erinnere mich, dass Hans-Ola mir schrieb: &#8220;Menschen, die dich nicht an ihre Orgel lassen, sind A&#8230;.&#8221; Es gibt noch mehr Kandidaten, die nur die, deren Nase passt, an die Orgel lassen. Da ist viel Kl\u00fcngelei, L\u00e4stern und Machtgerangel am Werk. Auff\u00e4llig ist hier immer wieder, dass Frauen kaum dabei sind, die an diesen Orgeln spielen. Ich glaube, die meisten dieser M\u00e4nner sind nicht gew\u00f6hnt, dass eine Frau sich so etwas nicht gefallen l\u00e4sst und sich wehrt. Ab einer bestimmten Etage im Leben trifft man fast nur noch auf M\u00e4nner. Denn die meisten Frauen, die ich kenne, haben auf das Machtgerangel in dieser Etage keine Lust und ziehen sich zur\u00fcck. So steht man da oft allein gegen M\u00e4nner. Dann fragen mich M\u00e4nner: &#8220;Wo sind denn f\u00fchrende Frauen auf diesem oder jenem Gebiet?&#8221; Wo sollen sie sein? Sie sind weggeekelt worden oder gehen von allein. Ich merke doch, wie es wird ab einer bestimmten Etage. Diese M\u00e4nner sagen mir nicht direkt, was sie denken, weil sie mit Frauen im Beruf nicht umgehen k\u00f6nnen, sondern es l\u00e4uft meistens hintenrum oder in h\u00f6flichen Ausfl\u00fcchten, die ich sofort durchschaue. Die Kirchen dar\u00fcber anschreiben? Macht leider keinen Sinn, weil diese ja mit diesen Kantoren den Rest ihres Lebens zusammenarbeiten m\u00fcssen und sich h\u00fcten, es sich mit diesen zu verscherzen. Es m\u00fcsste eine Stelle (in der Kirche) geschaffen werden, die sich mit solchen Fragen besch\u00e4ftigt und an die man sich wenden kann. Es ist eine gesellschaftliche, ethische, moralische und rollenspezifische Frage. Wie kann die Kirche es zulassen, dass diesen Kantoren ein solch diskriminierendes, egoistisches, unchristliches Verhalten einger\u00e4umt wird? Ich komme mir vor die David gegen Goliath in solchen Dingen. Aber wer hat damals gewonnen? David. Traurig, dass viele Kirchenmusiker ein L\u00e4sterhaufen sind, der sich gegenseitig zerfleischt. Was ich da t\u00e4glich mitbekomme, ist schlimm. Ich muss lernen, damit entspannt umzugehen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Eine neue Komponistin habe ich entdeckt: Ruth Zechlin. Super, gef\u00e4llt mir.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Der Weg dazwischen: dass ein Werk von <em>ganz nett<\/em> zu <em>sehr gut<\/em> wird, ist anstrengend.
