Am Darling Harbour spazierten wir zum Chinese Garden, assen Dim Sim (Shumai, Dumplings), tranken Jasmine Tee am Seerosenteich mit dicken, orangenen und pinken Karpfen, liessen uns in chinesische koenigliche Kleider huellen und machten Fotos im Garten, durch den man eine Stunde schlendert. Wir sahen Iguanas unter den Baeumen. Dann gingen wir ueber Chinatown zurueck zum Cockle Bay und Pyrmont Bay und bewunderteten die gelbe suesse Riesenente vom Balkon des Hard Rock Cafes und sahen die scheuen Ibisse herumstelzen. Die Tiere in Australien haben, wenn nicht lange Nasen, lange Schnaebel. Ich erinnere mich noch an das Kampfgebruell der Koalas in Sued Australien. Wir dachten, es waeren Tiger oder Wildschweine. Wir haben von diesen schlaefrigen Koalas nicht so ein Affengeschrei erwartet. Von Zweig zu einem anderen Zweig scheuchten sie sich. Ploetzlich sind sie so schnell und verschmelzen mit ihrem Baum. Ihre Waffe ist, dass man sie nicht essen kann wegen ihrem vergifteten Fleisch aufgrund des immensen ausschliesslichen Eukapyltus-Genusses.<\/p>\n
Spaeter liefen wir ueber die Pyrmont Bridge und Kentstreet zurueck Richtung Circular Qy und assen im Selah Ente, Kingfisch mit Grapefruit, Avocado, und als Desert Pavlova, ein australischer beruehmter Nachtisch mit Sahne und Fruechten wie Pomegranate, dazu Meringue, Rosewater, Molasses-Syrup: Pavlova, benannt nach der russischen Balletttaenzerin. Tasmanischer Wein. Ich bin erstaunt, wie viele public Faehren in alle moeglichen Richtungen, Inseln und Straende fahren wie Zuege, fuer 3,50 AUD. Nach Watson Bay oder Cockatoo Island. Dann liefen wir schnell wieder zurueck zum Darling Harbour entlang der Monorail Schienen, um nicht zu spaet zum letzten Film zu sein, The Hobbit, IMAX Sydney, die groesste Leinwand der Welt, und dann noch 3D. Super Sitze. Wir uebernachteten bei Freunden direkt am Darling Harbour diese Nacht. Morgen ist mein letzter Tag, bevor ich ueber Taiwan zurueck nach Deutschland fliege. Wir wollen mit der Faehre nach Manly Beach, bevor ich nachts in den Flieger von China Airlines steige.<\/p>\n
Mein Sonnenbrand blaettert ab. Die Konzerte waren sch\u00f6n.<\/p>\n
Es ist lustig hier mit dem Tee: Wenn ich sage, black tea, bekomme ich keine Milch, keinen Zucker, dann sage ich, black tea mit Milch und Zucker, dann sagen sie, das ist kein black tea (anymore), dann ist regular tea mit Milch und Zucker, dann frage ich, was ist bitte regular tea? Und frage mich, was regul\u00e4rer Tee sein soll. Und sage, black tea is supposed to be with milk and sugar. \u00a0Dann sagen sie, strong oder weak tea? Dann frage ich, was ist bitte weak tea? Schwacher Tee? Und dann sehe ich, dass der Teebeutel eine Sekunde im Wasser haengt. Dann kann dann gar kein Tee mehr sein. Wenn er etwas l\u00e4nger drin bleibt, ist es dark tea. Confused.<\/p>\n
Naechstes Mal moechte ich doch einen Blick auf King’s Cross werfen, Party Area, vielleicht in daylight. Oxford Street. West Sydney. New Town. Surry Hills. Jede (britisch kolonisierte) Stadt hat ein Surry Hills. Corwnstreet. Vini (Restaurant). Sydney Jetboat.<\/p>\n
Die Australier sind sehr freundlich. Als wir in Monarto mit unseren Staebchen unsere Ramen-Nudeln assen, sagten sie im Restaurant nur: Oh, das riecht hier aber anders. \u2014 Denn sonst gab es nur Hotdogs und fish’n chips.<\/p>\n
Ich ueberlebe manchmal kaum, wenn ich niese. Every time I think I will not make it. Es wird schon. Mit der Faehre an Bruecke und Opernhaus vorbei zu gleiten Richtung Manly Beach (mit kleinen Quallen und Riesenrutsche und Beach) macht Spa\u00df. All die Abenteuer erinnern mich an meine Reisen zusammen mit meinem Papa.<\/p>\n
