F\u00fcr sich selbst eine Ausnahme zu machen, ist die Regel. (Irene Dische)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u00d6sterreich-amerikanisch-j\u00fcdische Schriftstellerin, die unsere heuchlerische Gesellschaft entlarvt. Heute erinnere ich auch an Dawn Fraser, Schwimmerin Olympia aus Australien.<\/p>\n

Julia Shaw schreibt, dass viele Menschen denken, dass unattraktive oder ungepflegte Menschen mit schlechten oder unzuverl\u00e4ssigen Manieren “b\u00f6se” oder “creepy” seien; meist werden solche M\u00e4nner so eingestuft.<\/p>\n

Empfehlen kann ich das Buch “Anna Magdalena Bach” von Eberhard Spree (2021). Es ist sehr sch\u00f6n aufgemacht mit dicken, duftenden Seiten und bunten Fotos. Anna Magdalena Bach wurde im sch\u00f6nen Zeitz getauft, wo ich auch schon war. Leider wissen wir wenig von ihrer Kindheit. Aber sie stammte ebenfalls aus einem Musikerhaushalt. JS konnte wie sie gut singen und Geige spielen. JS wurde schon fr\u00fch als halsstarrig bezeichnet. Und er rauchte. Ob die heutigen L\u00e4sterkandidaten nicht auch \u00fcber Bach gel\u00e4stert h\u00e4tten? Sie h\u00e4tten ihn als kriminell beschimpft. (Und sicher auch Moses, den sie als M\u00f6rder beschimpft h\u00e4tten. Denn es ist ja keiner so brav und fromm wie anonyme Feiglinge, die hintenrum agieren.) Aber Anna Magdalena mochte Bach. JS hatte seine erste Frau Maria leider verloren und besa\u00df kleine Kinder. Die beiden zogen also nach Leipzig. Liebe war damals nicht der (erste) Grund, zu heiraten. Es konnte jedenfalls nicht leicht f\u00fcr Anna Magdalena gewesen, Bach zu heiraten, aufgrund der Umst\u00e4nde. Doch Bach war auch in gewisser Weise Gesch\u00e4ftsmann. Er achtete auf seine Buchf\u00fchrung, lie\u00df sich nicht \u00fcber den Tisch ziehen, verkaufte Musikalien und Noten, feilschte um sein Gehalt, um die Familie zu ern\u00e4hren. Es geht in “Anna Magdalena” viel um JS, anstatt um Anna – vermutlich weil wir leider noch weniger von ihr wissen. Sie hatte es jedenfalls, als Bach starb, noch schwerer als zuvor, besonders finanziell. Darauf schien JS nicht geachtet zu haben, wie es finanziell mit ihr und der Familie weitergehen w\u00fcrde. Denn sie lebte ja noch lange weiter.<\/p>\n

Sehr empfehlen kann ich auch das Buch “Schloss Hartenfels und die Schlosskirche in Torgau” mit bunten Fotos. Ich liebe Torgau und Sachsen. Das Buch schildert die Reformationszeit und berichtet von den Orten, wo ich war. Schloss Hartenfels mit Alter Kanzlei und Albrechtbau und Wendelstein – so sch\u00f6n von Lucas Cranach gemalt. Eckerker. Sch\u00f6ner Erker. Flaschenturm.<\/p>\n
