Es war sehr sch\u00f6n heute an der wunderbaren, singenden Sp\u00e4th Orgel in der gro\u00dfen, katholischen Kirche St. Michael in Saarbr\u00fccken, meine gr\u00f6\u00dfte Sp\u00e4th Orgel bisher, in einer der gr\u00f6\u00dften Kirchen in Saarbr\u00fccken, eine Kathedrale, hoch, mit wunderbarer, starker und mystischer Allround- Akustik (Nachhall). 3 M. 1925. Unter riesigen t\u00fcrkisfarbenen Schleierbrettern schlummert die gesamte Orgel, der Spieltisch steht frei (elektrisch, fr\u00fcher pneumatisch) vor ihr, mit dem R\u00fccken zum Porzellan-Altar. Viele Fenster werden gerade wiederhergestellt.
\nDie Orgel wurde in den Achtzigerjahren (1983) von Orgelbau Mayer verbarockisiert. Ich dachte, so etwas w\u00fcrde nur in den Sechzigerjahren passiert sein. Mayer hat auch den Namen Sp\u00e4th entfernt. Aber jetzt – f\u00fcr um 600.000 \u20ac – wird die Sp\u00e4th von Orgelbau Scheffler wieder in ihren urspr\u00fcnglichen Zustand zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt, bis ca. 2024. Sogar das Fernwerk in der Decke wird wiederhergestellt. 1945 wurde das Fernwerk zerbombt. Thomas Kitzig f\u00fchrte uns nach oben zum Fernwerk unter die sch\u00f6ne Kuppel-Kassetten-Tafeldecke. Was ich dort sah, wirkte wie faszinierende uralte Tr\u00fcmmer, unter dem Meer gelegen, mit L\u00f6chern von Bomben. Tremulant, Balg. Aber Orgelbau Scheffler sieht in all dem gro\u00dfes Potential, es exakt wieder so herzustellen, aus dem Original, mit lieblichen leisen Stimmen und zarten Zungen. Ist das nicht genial? <\/span>❤️
\nIn 4 Jahren wird die Orgel 100 Jahre alt. Ob es mal ein Saar-Bistum geben wird?<\/span><\/p>\n

Ich \u00fcbte Vierne einige Stunden. Dann fuhren wir nach Trier, ca. eine Stunde entfernt (Rheinland-Pfalz). Ich bin im Auto eingeschlafen. Als ich aufwachte, war es pl\u00f6tzlich schon dunkel. Trier ist ungef\u00e4hr so gro\u00df wie W\u00fcrzburg, so \u00e4hnlich wie W\u00fcrzburg, aber ganz anders. Sehr \u201er\u00f6misch\u201c. Kornmarkt. Kornbrunnen.\u00a0Alles ist golden und weihnachtlich geschm\u00fcckt. Mein Hotel ist in der Innenstadt, direkt gegen\u00fcber dem Musikgesch\u00e4ft. Ich sehe vom 4. Stock aus \u00fcber die geschm\u00fcckten Stra\u00dfen. Wir a\u00dfen beim Italiener neben der sch\u00f6nen, evangelischen Konstantin-Basilika. Der Palastgarten dahinter lag im Dunkeln. Ich freue mich, die Eule Orgel kennenzulernen. Ich habe den Meisterkurs mit allem geschenkt bekommen und bin gespannt. <\/span><\/p>\n
