Ich stimme \u00fcberein.<\/p>\n<p>Ich f\u00fchle mich nicht, als h\u00e4tte ich Berufsverbot wegen C-19, denn ich \u00fcbe mehr als je zuvor, \u00fcbe in Ruhe, habe bald Pr\u00fcfungen, komponiere, schreibe, Dissertation. Aber ich freue mich so, wenn ich wieder reise. Ich wei\u00df ja schon gar nicht mehr, wie ein ICE von innen aussieht :). Morgen!<\/p>\n<p>Ach, ich liebe es, wie Bach f\u00fcnfstimmige Polyphonie <em>fl\u00e4chig<\/em> gestaltet wie in Piece d&#8217;Orgue: Die Linien werden immer l\u00e4nger, um in z\u00fcngelnden Flammen, Orgelpunkt \u00a0und Fl\u00fcgeln zu enden: Der dritte Teil ist der lauteste, H\u00f6hepunkt, Crescendo. \u00a0(Unbegreiflich, wie man dies fl\u00f6tig registrieren kann.)<\/p>\n<p>Ich freue mich, dass neue Werke von mir in E eingestuft wurden. Aber es kommen noch ganz viele. Der Musikdienst der GEMA braucht sehr viele Monate zum Einstufen. Viele M\u00e4nner-Kollegen werden \u00fcberhaupt nicht gepr\u00fcft, sondern gleich in E eingestuft. Es geht ja um Geld. Ich habe noch keine Antwort erhalten, warum dies so ungerecht und diskriminierend ist. Es ist eine reine M\u00e4nnerjury der GEMA, die Werke einstuft. Sie behaupten, das w\u00e4re &#8220;eben so gew\u00e4hlt worden&#8221;, dass es eine M\u00e4nnerjury ist. \u00a0Dabei sind die, die w\u00e4hlen d\u00fcrfen, haupts\u00e4chlich M\u00e4nner. Da\u00a0achtet die GEMA darauf, dass es haupts\u00e4chlich M\u00e4nner sind, die ordentliche Mitglieder sind, denn es geht um Macht und M\u00e4nnerdominanz. Die GEMA ist f\u00fcr mich sehr frauenfeindlich. Seitdem ich das angesprochen habe, bem\u00fchen sie sich mehr als sonst, nach au\u00dfen frauenfreundlich zu sein in ihrem Magazin. Nur Show. Die Realit\u00e4t sind anders aus. Ich bekomme das zu sp\u00fcren.\u00a0Da ist man als Komponistin mit eigenen\u00a0Werken allein mit dieser M\u00e4nnerjury der GEMA. Und ich wei\u00df, wie es ist, M\u00e4nnern allein gegen\u00fcberzustehen (siehe Frankfurter &#8220;Kirchen&#8221;musikabteilung).<\/p>\n<p>Ob man gl\u00e4ubig ist oder nicht und das Theologische wird nicht gepr\u00fcft in der &#8220;Kirchen&#8221;musikabteilung. Manche haben eine Bibel noch nie von innen gesehen. Die Kirche wird benutzt f\u00fcr die eigene Plattform. Weil man es woanders nicht geschafft hat (Theater\/B\u00fchne\/Solokarriere). Diese Plattform nennen die Kirchenmusiker dann &#8220;Musik an der Kirche&#8221;. Es ist ein Benutzen und k\u00f6nnte man auch\u00a0&#8220;Sport an der Kirche&#8221; oder &#8220;N\u00e4hen an der Kirche&#8221; nennen. Und das sind nach eigenen Worten &#8220;erfahrene&#8221; Kirchenmusiker. Die Frage, in was sie erfahren sind. Erfahren, die Kirche f\u00fcr das Eigene zu nutzen. Sie k\u00f6nnten das Evangelium nicht erkl\u00e4ren, denn sie kennen es nicht.
